Submission Requirements
1. PROHIBITIONS: In relation to any Submission you agree that you will not:
a. transmit content or otherwise conduct or participate in any activities on the Site that is prohibited by law in any applicable jurisdiction, including laws governing the encryption of software, the export of technology, the transmission of obscenity, copyright law, or the permissible uses of intellectual property;
b. submit content containing images of individuals under 18 years of age;
c. upload, or otherwise make available, files that contain images, software or other material protected by intellectual property laws, including, by way of example, copyright or trademark laws unless you own or control the rights thereto or have received all necessary consents to submit such materials to the site;
d. Use any material or information, including images or photographs, which are made available through the Site in any manner that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right of any party;
e. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
f. impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, an Intel official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity or collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities;
g. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that you do not have a right to make available under any law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information learned or disclosed as part of employment relationships or under nondisclosure agreements);
h. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
i. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail," "spam," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
j. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
k. use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Intel server, or network(s) connections, disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site;
l. attempt to gain unauthorized access to any Site, Accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Intel server or Site, through hacking, password mining or any other means or obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Site;
m. intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;
n. provide material support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act;
o. sell, resell, or offer for any commercial purposes, any portion of Site, use of Site, or access to the Site;
p. upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage or interfere with the operation of another's computer or property of another;
q. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers (including URLs) in order to disguise the origin of any materials transmitted to or from the site, or delete or alter any attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other uploaded material; and/or
r. collect information about others, including e-mail addresses or other personal information
2. SITE MODERATION: You acknowledge that Intel may or may not moderate or pre-screen Submission submitted. Intel and its designees retain the right, at Intel’s sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, monitor, restrict access to, edit, or remove any Submission from the Site. Without limiting the foregoing, Intel reserves the right to refuse or delete any Submission of which it becomes aware and at its sole discretion deems infringing, inappropriate or not to fulfill the spirit or purpose of the Site. In addition, Intel shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to refuse or delete any Submission that it reasonably considers to violate Terms or to be otherwise illegal. Intel Corporation, in its sole and absolute discretion, may preserve Submission and may also disclose Submission if required to do so by law or judicial or governmental mandate or as reasonably determined useful by Intel to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Site, its users and the public.
Intel does not control the Submission posted to the Site and, as such, does not guarantee the accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. Under no circumstances will Intel Corporation be liable in any way for any Submission, including, but not limited to, liability for any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed or otherwise transmitted via the Site.
3. WARRANT AND REPRESENTATIONS ON SUBMISSION: By posting and submitting you warrant and represent that you own or otherwise control any and all of the rights to your submission including, but not limited to, all the rights necessary for you to provide, post, upload, input or submit the Submission. To the extent that the Submission submitted contains copyrighted content you warrant and represent that (a) you are the copyright owner of such content, or that the copyright owner has granted you permission to use such content consistent with the manner and purpose of your use, (b) you have the rights necessary to grant the licenses and sublicenses described in these TOS, and (c) that each person depicted in such content, if any, has provided consent to the use of the content as set forth in these TOS. Intel reserves the right to request a proof of ownership or permission, and to refuse to post Submission without such proof or if such proof is not, at its sole discretion, sufficient.
